| The Genesis Alliance Institute (GAI) is a
unique church planting program for Christians of Spanish-speaking
cultures who desire an education that will prepare them for
effective church planting and ministry in the rapidly expanding
Spanish speaking community in Texas and througout the United
States. |

| GAI church planting and ministry curriculum
is a unique and intensive one-year classroom and fieldwork program
for mature Latino believers who want to learn how to plant culturally
appropriate churches in Latino communities. GAI is not a traditional
preaching school program, it is a missions-oriented church planting
curriculum. |

| In addition to a faculty of experiences Latinos
and Anglos who understand Latino culture, GAI training program
will include significant segments of personal mentoring by successful
Latino church planters. This fieldwork component is addition
to a rigorous classroom curriculum. Under the supervision of
a mentor, students will complete a series of fieldwork requirements
(five eight-week fieldwork modules) that will provide them with
actual hands-on experience in the techniques and processes of
planting culturally appropriate churches in that in time will
also plant culturally appropriate churches. |
