Jon Mullican - Chairman of the Board

Jon Mullican brings tremendous administrative, systems, and governance knowledge and experience to Genesis Alliance. Jon is the Executive Minister at the Highland Oaks Church of Christ (Dallas, TX), helping to implement a Carver style model of governance at Highland Oaks.

James Nored - Vice-Chairman of the Board

James Nored brings missional vision, theology, and real world experience to Genesis Alliance. James is the preaching minister at the High Pointe Church of Christ (McKinney, TX) and is near completion of a Doctor of Ministry in Missional Church, Evangelism, and Postmodern Culture at Fuller Theological Seminary. He is also the creator of the Missional Outreach Network.

Ron Carlson - Secretary of the Board

Ron Carlson brings intense passion for Latino ministry. Ron is the preaching minister at the Duncanville Church of Christ, which has an active Hispanic ministry. Ron has presented at lectureships on the incredible growth in the Latino population and the tremendous opportunities for outreach amongst Latinos. As an adult convert, Ron has a unique perspective on the importance of reaching out.

Bob Renfro - Bob Renfro is an elder at the High Pointe Church of Christ, where he has long been a supporter of outreach ministries. Bob also serves on the board at North Texas Christian Academy (McKinney, TX).

Joe Walker - Joe Walker is an elder at the Highland Oaks of Christ, which has recently implemented a Carver style of governance. Joe brings practical, real world experience to the board, and he has a true shepherd's heart.

Hector Hinojosa -  Hector Hinojosa has been Hispanic most of his life. He was born and raised a Catholic, fell away from God in his 20s and became a Christ follower in 1991.  Hector is a Certified Financial Planner and also brings years of corporate management experience to the board.  Hector became involved with church planting as a member of the Stewards of the Vision Committee at the The Hills Church of Christ.  He is charged with Hispanic Church plants in that committee therefore serving with Genesis Alliance is a natural way to help advance the kingdom in a segment of American society that sometimes is overlooked.  Hector is married to Melissa; they have 2 wonderful boys, Joshua (13) and Caleb (10).
