Sixto Rivera was born again in 1982 in Houston, TX. Since then, he has worked to reach souls for Christ without ceasing. After graduating from Harding School of Biblical Studies in Searcy Ak. he moved back to TX. In 1990 he began a journey of planting Latino churches. While planting a church in Garland TX (2000 to 2003), he saw the need to equip others to plant Latino churches that multiply. In 2005, God led Sixto to Highland Oaks Church of Christ in Dallas, TX where his dreams of equipping and planting churches began to be realized. Through this partnership, Genesis Alliance was born with the vision to help plant churches. Sixto is answering a call to plant churches in North America and beyond. Sixto enjoys seeing his two sons, Wilmer and Kevin grow and mature in the Lord and become part of God’s mission.
