Our calling is answering Jesus’ call, "The harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few. Ask the Lord of the harvest, therefore, to send out workers into his harvest field”.

In respond to his call we recruit and equip church leaders.

• 2002 A new vision for Latino church planting was created and given to Executive Director, Sixto Rivera.
• 2007 Partnership begins with Highland Oaks Church of Christ and High Pointe Church of Christ, hired part-time administrator.
• 2008 Planted first two churches in the Metroplex.
• 2009 Planted two churches in Houston and added first bi-vocational church planter.  
• 2010 Incorporated as a nonprofit, accepted into Ministry Ventures Certification Program, created strategy follow up training and transition to full time administrator.
• 2011 Partnership increased to include Buckingham Road Church of Christ.
• Wilmer Rivera joined as volunteer in development and prayer
• 2011 Hired fundraising services of Rick Brewer

• Genesis Alliance is a resource to churches and church planters committed to developing disciples among Latinos.
• We network, collaborate and partner with churches and organizations that focus on Church Planting.
• We educate churches to better understand and be more effective in connecting with their Latino communities. 
• For new church planters our program provides screening, training and coaching. We also mentor, train and connect more experienced church planters.

Goals in training leaders

116 baptisms from January to December. 2011       

• Add a Trainer in 2013.
• Identify core donors and churches sponsors for a coordinator for El Salvador and one for Houston. 
• $64,000 is needed to be a favored stage this year (2012)
• We need more a gifted board members and volunteers to help in communication
• New donors, equip new coaches and trainers

• A team of 5 warriors of faith who prays daily and meet monthly
• A nationwide team who receive emails request
