Hispanics Growth in Population

The Hispanic Population is growing constantly here in the U.S. 50.5 Million Latinos here in the U.S. and growing. Did you know that 50% of them are open to hearing the Gospel? That's one in 2! How can we reach, how can we better go out? There are strategies out there, and what we are doing is looking for son's of peace. Here across the street from Highland Oaks are two apartment complexes that we are contacting people in which the majority are Hispanic. It's not the only place, almost everywhere we can see growth. But as I have seen the past few days, many families are opening their homes to Christ. They are persons of peace (Luke 9, Luke 10). So how can we reach out to more?

We have started hear a Jericho Plan which is we walked around the apartments 7 times, praying for the people, and we did it for some weeks, and after seeing people and getting contact info, we have been able to go to their homes and see if they want to have a in-home Bible study. We are just doing Bible studies with those that want to. Those are the Son's of Peace. Can you do this in your area? Are there places where you can reach out to people? I'm sure there is. Why not implement a plan like this to reach out to others. Let's remember that it's not out of our efforts or persuasion, but God who brings the people (John 6:44).

Latinos are looking for something more than just another religous group. They are looking to have an intimate relationship with Christ.
